As each mixing head is independently-controlled and has its own powerful motor, you've got all the flexibility you need. The design of the Apuro milkshake mixer is for front-of-house performance. With its low-noise motors, sturdy base, intelligent mess-free operation and easy-clean stainless steel construction, the mixer really is perfect for aerating high-margin milkshakes directly in front of customers. And due to the innovative mixing mechanism, the resulting drinks are deliciously fluffy, increasing yields and profitability. Supplied with two stainless steel malt cups. Additional stainless steel and coloured cups are also available (see accessories tab). Please note: not designed to break down or blend harder ingredients such as fruit - a bar blender is recommended for this task. Is suitable for ice cream - ensure ice cream is softened before adding - not suitable for mixing hard frozen ice cream or ice. For best results, add liquids first and ice cream last.
