Your Consumer Guarantee Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:
- Has a major failure or defect
- Does not match the description or sample
- Is not fit for the purpose it was sold for
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Does not meet any express warranty or guarantee
These rights apply regardless of any warranty period and cannot be excluded by these terms.
Major Failures
For a major failure, you can choose to:
- Receive a full refund
- Receive a replacement product of the same type and value
Minor Failures
For a minor failure, we will:
- Repair the product within a reasonable time, or
- Provide a replacement if the repair cannot be done in a reasonable time
How to Return a Product

- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions
- Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible
- We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied products
Change of Mind Returns
We are not legally required to accept returns for change of mind. However, we may accept returns of unused, unopened products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery at our discretion. A restocking fee may apply. Please contact us to discuss.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Take photos of the damage or incorrect items
- Contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
