    Delivery Fees

    • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination
    • Free delivery may be available for orders over a certain value — check at checkout
    • Remote and regional areas may incur additional freight charges

    Order Cut-off Times

    Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also view your order status and tracking information from your account dashboard.

    Receiving Your Delivery

    • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address
    • Inspect all goods upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt
    • Report any damage or shortages to us within 24 hours of delivery

    Failed Deliveries

    If a delivery cannot be completed (e.g. no one available to receive), we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

    Large or Heavy Items

    Some large or heavy items may require special freight arrangements. Our team will contact you if your order requires alternative delivery arrangements and to confirm any additional costs.
