    Chef Link (ABN: 49 851 900 136) is a wholesale supplier of hospitality products and equipment based in Australia.

    2. Pricing

    • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
    • Prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
    • GST (10%) is added at checkout where applicable
    • We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
    • Some products may be listed as "Price on Application" (POA) and will require a quote before purchase

    3. Orders

    • An order is not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation
    • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order
    • For account customers, orders are subject to credit approval and your agreed payment terms

    4. Payment

    • Payment can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or on approved account terms
    • Card payments are processed securely through Eway
    • Account customers must pay within their agreed payment terms
    • Late payments may incur interest and collection fees

    5. Delivery

    • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
    • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
    • You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage or shortages within 24 hours
    • Delivery fees may apply depending on order value and location

    6. Returns & Consumer Guarantees

    Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details on returns, refunds, and your consumer guarantee rights.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products
    • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
    • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law

    All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Chef Link or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
