Rather than having to pre-freeze a bowl which can take up valuable time and freezer space, the Apuro automatically chills the mixture as it is mixing. This ensures the ice cream is soft, fluffy and perfectly mixed, with less ice crystal build-up. You can also add ingredients during production via the notch in the bowl lid - a great way to refine flavours and textures. And once you're all done, the whole machine is easy to clean, ready or the next use. A superb solution for home-made ice cream. Not for use in vans or trailers, food trucks or similar vehicles.
