The Apuro bain marie is a durable and reliable addition to the busy commercial kitchen or self-service buffet. With a reliable 1.2kW element and a generous 20 litre capacity, this countertop wet heat bain marie is perfect for keeping gravy, baked beans and other pre-cooked foods at the perfect serving temperature and ready to go. The bain marie features simple adjustable temperature control, giving you the precision to keep foods at the temperature you need for extended periods, whilst the strong stainless steel construction makes the Apuro bain marie exceptionally easy to clean. Please note: pans and divider bars sold separately.

The Apuro bain marie is the ideal appliance for reliably keeping food warm for extended periods. Perfect for both front of house and back of house use, the bain marie uses wet heat to gently warm food without drying out or burning. For safety, the unit features a built in boil-dry cut-off, helping to protect the internal components if the water runs out. This model includes four high quality Vogue GN pans and lids. 2x 1/3 and 2x 1/6 GN. Support/divider bars also supplied.

Perfect for hot holding soup, gravy, baked beans or hot toppings, the Apuro bain marie is great for warming liquid-based food for extended periods. Supplied with two large 5.2 litre stainless steel pots, the bain marie has plenty of capacity for a full service, whether it's set up in a restaurant, cafe, pub or chippy. Using gentle wet heat warming, the Apuro bain marie ensures the contents are kept at the perfect serving temperature without drying out or burning against the pots. The front-mounted dial lets you adjust the water temperature to suit the contents. And thanks to the notched lids, heat and moisture is kept within the pots, whilst still allowing you to have a ladle in place, ready for service. Even if one of the pots is running low, it's fast and easy to quickly swap out pots (additional pots sold separately) and continue serving. And once you're all done for the day, the whole bain marie is easy to clean down. The stainless steel pots can even be cleaned in a dishwasher or utensil washer if required.

By using a gentle water bath warming mechanism, food is kept warm without burning for extended periods. Operation couldn't be easier - simply fill the water compartment, set the temperature and switch on. With a full 1/1 GN sized cavity, you can organise your pans however you want and when service is over, the handy front mounted drain tap and strong stainless steel construction makes emptying and cleaning simple.
